일반 성인 남자는 하루 평균 2500 kcal,여자는 2000 kcal 정도를

소모한다.

이는 기본적인 대사량이기 때문에 이보다 더 많이 섭취하는 칼로리

는 몸 안에 쌓이게 된다.물론 소모되는 기초대사량은 신체조건에 따라

다르다. 몸무게가 더 나가는 사람은 자신에게만 적용되는 칼로리

섭취량을 알아두는 것이 좋다.

 

신체조건에 따른 하루 칼로리 섭취량 계산법은 다음과 같다.

         

       체중 65 kg의 회사원

       65×24×1.5=2340 kcal

 

총 칼로리(kcal)는 자신의 체중(kg)에 24를 곱한 기본 칼로리에

개인의 운동량을 고려한 "활동계수"를 곱해서 계산할 수 있다.

계산공식은 '체중×24×활동계수=하루 섭취량'이다.

여기서 활동계수는 신체 활동에 따라 다른데 ▲주로 앉아서 생활하는

사람은 1.3 ▲회사원 등 어느정도 규칙적인 생활을 하는 사람은 1.5

▲육체노동자 등 신체 활동이 많은 사람은 1.7이다.

예를 들어, 체중이 65 kg인 회사원의 하루 적절 총 칼로리를 계산한다면,

 65×24×1.5=2340 kcal이다. 이를 세끼로 나누면,한 끼 섭취 칼로리는

780 kcal인 셈이다.

**겨울철은 신체 기초대사율이 여름보다 대략 10% 더 증가한다.

즉 같은 칼로리의 식사를 하면 여름보다 칼로리가 10% 더 소비되므로

체중 감량의 적기(適期)다.
